What you're paying for

Your planning fee (from £99, based on group size) is exactly that: a planning fee, not a booking. You're paying for my time to research, coordinate with your group, and put together a proper trip plan. That includes:

  • Individual conversations with everyone in your group to understand what they actually want
  • One complete itinerary with courses, accommodation, and logistics
  • One round of refinements based on your group's feedback
  • Booking contacts and green fee estimates so you can book directly

What you're not paying for

I don't make bookings on your behalf. The planning fee does not cover:

  • Actual course bookings, accommodation reservations, or transport
  • Flights, car hire, or travel insurance
  • Guarantees on availability (I'll give you the best options I can, but tee times and rooms depend on what's available when you book)
  • Anything beyond the initial plan and one round of changes. Further revisions can be arranged separately

When you'll get your plan

After I've spoken to everyone in your group, I aim to deliver your itinerary within 7 working days. If things take longer (say your group is tricky to pin down, or the destination needs more research), I'll let you know.

What if it doesn't work out

If the plan doesn't feel right after our conversations, full refund. No questions.

Cancel before I've started speaking with your group: full refund. If I've already started the work, I'll refund what's fair based on how far along we are. I'm not in the business of keeping money I haven't earned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

What I'm responsible for (and what I'm not)

I recommend courses and accommodation that I'd genuinely be happy playing and staying at myself. But I'm a trip planner, not a tour operator. Once you book directly with courses, hotels, or any other provider, your arrangement is with them.

I'm not liable for cancellations, closures, weather, pricing changes, or service quality at third-party venues. My liability is limited to the planning fee you paid.

What I do with your details

I collect the details you share during the questionnaire and our conversations (names, contact info, trip preferences) to put your plan together. I won't share your information with anyone outside of the planning process, and I won't send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If anything significant changes, it'll be reflected on this page with an updated date.
